2 miles on the treadmill

So far I've run every day in August!

2 miles outside

That's a 2-day streak!

Ran 2 miles outside on Saturday, but sadly my streak stopped at 3 days because I wasn't able to run yesterday.

2 miles outside

August total: 8 miles
YTD total: 41

Proud of myself for running outside when it's over 80 degrees out, I'm not a hot weather fan.

20 minute strength workout this morning - squats and the like. Would have been easy for a normal person, but it was tough for me because I'm so weak.

Thanks! I figure if I just keep at it I'll get stronger eventually.
