Default Max Out Thread

The fitness achievements thread got me curious as to people's strength "distribution", if you will.

So, I figured I'd make a thread with max effort scores. A little data collection to satisfy my own personal curiousity, and just to keep track of where we are all at with things. I am not sure how to do this. Should we just all post, and then edit that post as things change? I think maybe when we get a new PR, we post that new PR, then edit the original post that contains our maxes.

And, maybe as the thread originator, I will keep a table of contents of sorts in this first post that says which post # in the thread contains each poster's maxes. I will post mine after this first post.

Anyway, I am open to suggestions. I just figure it's easier than reading back through the achievements thread. And maybe a little extra motivation for us all seeing how we stack up next to each other. And like I said, I am curious.

I am making one ground rule, nothing more than a 5 rep max. I even thing a 5 rep max is a silly concept, but I'll allow it. And anything less than 5 reps. Nothing more than 5 reps. Otherwise, anything goes. Even any exercise (yes, stephenson. You can post your cheat curl max.)

Crossfitters, please feel free to post benchmark workout times and scores.

I'll be honest, one of the reasons I am allowing more is because technically my squat 2 RM is 385, and I haven't done a 1 RM since then. So to say that was my 1 RM is sandbagging.

I think there may be some anonymity issues there. Though I have no problem with anyone who wants to post it. By all means. I'll consider it for myself. Not sure yet.
