Less projectile sweating? I was going off the Fitbit calorie count. Treadmill calorie count is strictly a function of weight and speed.

Meh, just say I went faster with a lower average heart rate.

another lesson in "real work beats exercise"

i planted 15 plants (3 gal size) over the weekend in bone dry rock hard GA clay. i had to use a mattock to bust up the ground before adding amendments and stuff for planting. i can feel it (in a good way, DOMS, etc) in my hands, wrists, arms, back, shoulders, torso, calves, hams. a nice full body workout better than most scheduled/planned stuff

here's what a mattock looks like in case you don't know
