Klaymen gets his revenge, even though we pushed that board. Bots actions much more normal.

Congratulations to me, for winning the last 5-way challenge, which expired before btdt finished it. New 5-way challenge issued.

I’ve now won two straight, this most recent not by much.

Meanwhile, in a 2-way challenge, Klaymen and I pushed a board on what may be the worst CHO bot bidding ever.

He and I held, none vul, S-Q109852. H-4. D-Q72. C-1082.

With those spade spots, we each considered it a 2S opening. I felt sick, and he probably did too, when partner bid 4H. We each passed, of course.

We each then saw that partner´s hand made us virtually laydown for SEVEN spades: S-AK7. H-AK9752. D-AKJ4. C-void

New 5-way challenge about to be issued.

I won’t be winning this one. Provisionally, with 4 results in, I’m at -3.6 imps. 7 of those I blame on a poor choice by CHO bot, but possibly I shouldn’t have given him that decision to make. Even if at +3.4, I wouldn’t win.

Congratulations to Numbers Nerd for winning. I have doubts about how relevant those provisional results are, since I ended up with +2.25 imps average. Hard to see how I could swing that much if there was really only one person playing after me.

I've issued the new challenge.

New challenge expires about 9PM Sunday evening. I just finished, and provisionally, if it means anything, should have an above average result. With 3 people complete, and a fourth having played a few boards, I’m at +6.8

Klaymen wins, with the relatively low winning score (I think it's low for a win) of +6.5.

New 5-way challenge issued, expires 11AM Tuesday.

Complete by me and one other. Provisionally at -15, so whoever is also finished by now should be feeling pretty good about their results. Most of the -15 is my fault, though CHO Bot came up with one of the most hopeless defenses ever.
