And why is that necessarily a bad thing? I'm at a very healthy spot in the DWS salary range for my experience/exams, I'm happy with the work and find it challenging, my company loves my devotion and is very fair with their expectations as I usually have nights and weekends free, and I'm viewed as great teammate and company employee.

Why would you not want that?
