Default Colorado Ski Trip

I will be in Colorado skiing over MLK weekend. I know that the slopes will be packed that weekend and would like to enjoy some mid-week skiing without the huge crowds. Mrs Itas has to head home after the long weekend but I am interested in a longer trip.

Are any of you interested in skiing at Winter Park around the last weekend in January (26th-27th)? If any Colorado locals plan to be around Winter Park that weekend please hit me up. If any of you would consider taking a ski trip that weekend, Id be potentially interested in sharing a place. My ideal would be to extend my trip to include 1/24-1/28, but I have a little flexibility on dates.

Potential bonus: Id have a bed for one guy to sleep from 1/22-24 for free. Mrs Itas leaves on 1/22, I have that place reserved until 1/24, and it has an extra queen size Murphy bed thats not being used on our trip.

FYI - I am not a great skier. Id say Im intermediate. I ski mostly on the blue cruisers but will take on some challenges too.

I used to do a bit of both. Now I find it easier to just forgo the whole trip and sit in my hot tub at home.

This seems appropriate for all the hot tub skiers:

What mode of transportation are you using to get to Jackson Hole?
