People stopping exams but are still in the profession

I see more and more people (from the two actuarial firms I've worked at) that once passing two or three exams stop but still work as an analyst. Companies don't seem to care that much anymore about...

My goal is to finish until FA doing one a week until april then FA in june, hopefully passing on first shot. Do you guys think those EOM will be harder?

How are fellowship exams compared to prelims?

Are there a lot harder or everyone can pass them with a certain effort? I'm asking this because I'll be starting FSA exams next year and want to get an idea. Thanks!

Fear of not being good enough at the job

I will be starting my first EL job soon and I have the fear of not being good enough at the job. What I mean by that is that employers think you will be this good but you actually aren't performing...

I think you get the text a few minutes after 10AM EST but can look at the candidates names at around 10AM EST if the servers don't lag lol... I'm trying not to stress about it, what happens happens....

I'm worried that if I apply for senior level roles I will not be considered because I have no experience in that particular field that is why I am focusing on EL roles to have a better shot I guess?
