What is your gym schedule like?
I want to get back to bodybuilding seriously and with the exams and work I find it really hard to keep that motivation of going to the gym at least 3x a week. What is your schedule like when it comes to work, studying and gym. What is the best way in your opinion to make time for healthy habits? I want to gain lean mass. I never studied in the morning so I can give it a try to allow me to go after work. What helps you keep that motivation?

Study on your off workout days.

And start your studying a few weeks or months earlier.
